This Privacy Policy explains what information Gi Beritaselatan (https://gi.beritaselatan.com) collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Comments
When you leave a comment, we collect the name, email address and website you enter, the comment itself, and your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Your email address is never shown publicly. If you tick the box to save your details, a cookie stores your name, email and website so you do not have to type them again; it lasts one year.
Contact form
When you use our contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to us by email so we can reply. The website does not store form submissions in its database.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit) for security and troubleshooting. We do not currently run any analytics service such as Google Analytics.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site may use:

Comment avatars may be loaded from Gravatar, which receives a hashed version of your email address to check whether you have a Gravatar profile. Articles may link to other websites; their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
How Long We Keep Data
Comments and their metadata are kept until the comment is removed. Contact messages are kept in our email only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising

This site is intended for adults researching home purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
